The 1890 Sale Plan of Woodlands

Besides Woodlands, Frederick and his wife Nina had a house in Berkeley Square, later in Westbourne Terrace and later still, off Piccadilly. In all their houses they held brilliant literary and musical parties, with the foremost writers and musicians, but Woodlands was always the place to which Nina retired for peace and beauty. Some of her letters are quite lyrical about it.
